I. Program Description
Working side by side with ESH personnel, our ergonomic team
will maintain compliance of the ergonomic program as per
OPNAVINST5100.23e. The year long program will entail a variety of
activities. Each quarter an inter-active training seminar will be
offered to employees on either ergonomics or back injury prevention.
Completion of the annual base survey, review of injury & illness logs and
management summary report are also a par of the program. In addition,
our professionally trained and certified ergonomists will be available
throughout the year to consult and provide assessments to employees.
II. Program Objective

incidence rates

Evaluate all logs & records for trends and "hot
spots"

Develop inter-departmental team work and support for the
