Risk Analysis of Work Environment

I. Course Description*

A complete ergonomic risk assessment of individual or corporate job functions. We gather, observe, video and analyze all the risk factors associated with this particular job function. A detailed map and plan of action is then determined to begin the remediation process. The use of Engineering, Administrative or Work Practice controls will be detailed as a part of the written solution(s). When appropriate, adjustments and or changes will be made on the spot. During the process, employee input and training will be conducted. At completion, each employee is SMARTER, working SAFER and the corporate goal of an INJURY FREE workplace is well established.

II. Workstation Checklist

The checklist contains over 25 items, here are some of the major areas we review.

	Keyboard Arrangement		Position of Head & Neck

IV. Costs

	Price will vary based on type of assessment(s) requested
	Management Summary Report, (major findings, trends, goals)
	Minor adjustments made to workstations on the spot
	Major adjustments noted to employee or facilities manager
